Not quite what I expected. This works for hanging my Kayak so it gets the job done. I give it two dings for the following1 The inside measurement is 14 not the 15 as stated. Fortunately my kayak fits.2 It is not really padded. The metal is covered with cloth but no padding. This is what really disappointed me. If you want a padded hanger this is not for you. I'm going to try wrapping the mounts with pipe insulation to get some real padding on them.You what it is worth you could buy a length of EMT tubing at a local hardware store for about $7.50 cut it in half bend each half into a J pound one end flat with hammer drill a couple of holes in it and get the exact same thing as this hanger for 20% of the price.
Boone Kayak Brackets Great product. Just attach them to the wall with the provided screws and bomb the kayak is up out of the way.. Great idea simple to install and very effective. And they look good too.
Fantastic and Affordable These were exactly what I was looking for. The hardware is great screws are easily sufficient and just great all around. They hold my 11' kayak easy with more space if it was larger. All hardware is covered and protective of your kayak.I priced several and researched others that had bad hardware or screws and these fit the bill in every area including a great price.
Second set I have purchased I have a pair for my kayak and recently purchased them for my girlfriend's that I bought for her over Christmas. They have worked perfect for me and I especially like the fabric covering to protect the kayak body.
A perfect kayak hanger I wasn't expecting much given the price but these work very well. Simple to put up and I like that the pads even cover the screws. My 2 seat kayak is hanging happily on the wall.
Just what I was looking for! These kayak rack hooks are exactly what I was looking for. We mounted one set lower on the wall and another higher on the wall. The kayaks are easy to put in and out at either height. The hooks mount easily and hold our Perception Sport Swiftwater kayaks with room to spare.
GREAT kayak holders We bought these Kayak Cribs for our two 12' kayaks Wilderness Pungo and Tsunami. The padding on these is excellent and protects the kayaks well. The section that is screwed into the wall had a large pad that you actually attach behind the metal the padding goes against the wall and then covers over the screw section and fastens with velcro. A great product.
Quick to install kayak Crib Simple and straightforward to install. Much quicker than the hoist I used for our other kayak. Easy to use and keeps the kayak about and out of the way.
Great rack for my kayaks One of the simplest designed racks I could find for my kayaks therefore not much to go wrong or wear out. Very easy to install very durable and very inexpensive. We visit Florida in the winter months and these racks are installed outdoors so we can use them when we come down. I would recommend these racks.
Great quality and price!! Very happy with this product works as advertised. Plan on buying another set in the spring when I purchase another kayak. Saves alot of space in the garage.
