K1 Cradles for SpareHand Kayak Storage Rack These K1 cradles are for mounting on the Stoneman Sports SpareHand Kayak Storage Racks. Depending on the model the kayak rack will already come with one two or more K1 cradles. You can buy this extra set if your rack is rated to accept more that originally supplied. Careful because a rack carrying more kayaks than intended would be unstable and unsafe. These K1cradles are easily mounted easily moved up or down and hold the kayak securely against the rack body once the kayak is correctly positioned. The K1 cradles fold up when not in use. What more to say? They are pricey at $50 for two but no substitue exists if you have a SpareHand kayak rack. I have a twokayak Sparehand Malibu Plus rack and the K1 cradles work just fine as advertised. My rack can hold four kayaks and if I had a need I would buy a set of these K1 cradles. I recommend them as welldesigned sturdy finished hardware accessories.

Works great Missing the bolts to tighten the cradle2.Great product except for the missing hardware. Cradles tend to spin on the poles a little when you try to place the kayak in them. I think this would probably be the case for all such similar items.
